Yoga

We all know that fact but rarely put it into practice, yoga is the best warm-up for Surf.
And after a long session of paddling, duck-diving, sending crazy rollers in the waves, your body is sore.

Then stretch, relax, meditate for a few moments lying at the water's edge under the sun, in the silence of nature, practising postures of Tai Chi, inspiring cross-legged facing the waves and forgeting everything, those elements are divine part of a surf session.

Share with others during Surf / Yoga training courses, the welfare of fitness of these sessions, is also a good point of contact with the relaxation techniques and customs of the countries visited.

We'll tell you adventures into meditiation, mental and physical preparation stories, to mostly share pleasure, just for your body and your mind.
