World Cooking - Makkhani Chicken

You will impress your guests ;) as if you were in India or Sri Lanka ... of course !
Ingredients for 4 people :
- 4 chicken wings (if possible black chicken plus basis) or chicken breast -
- 200 g butter
- 2 small cans of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 2 large cloves garlic
- A little fresh gingembe
- Cashews or almonds
- 3 slices of pineapple cut into small pieces
- 15 grains of white grapes
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
(if you are 6, 2 wings or white chicken more, do not change the dose if you are 8 you double doses)
In a bowl: mix all the spices together
Mix the garlic and ginger together, adding a touch of oil
Brush the chicken with spices and pass under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes.
In a pan, heat a little oil and pour in the butter (oil prevents the butter from browning at high temperature), when melted, add the tomato paste, spices, ginger paste and garlic, and cream.
Add meat and fruits and cook over very low heat (the sauce should just simmer) for 45 minutes.
Stir the sauce to emulsify the best and sprinkle fresh coriander before serving.
Can accompany this dish with Basmati rice.
Tips (put 2 cloves in water rice)
